Perspectiv'

On the outskirts of Esch-sur-Alzette, Perspectiv’ is transforming a former industrial site into a dynamic and green urban district. What was once a polluted industrial wasteland is being completely redeveloped into a lively environment combining housing, work and leisure. 

The project is divided into four lots: lots 1, 3 and 4 together comprise more than 350 flats, with lot 3 constituting the largest residential section. Lot 2 is reserved for offices, making it a mixed-use, lively complex alongside housing and public parks. 

Greenways connect the buildings and invite residents, employees and locals to enjoy the space. Fossil fuels are being replaced by renewable energies, and every part of the design aims to minimise the ecological footprint.

Thanks to the arrival of a tram line and a new cycle path to Luxembourg City, Perspectiv’ will be easily accessible, even without a car.
