The iconic CCN building, near Brussels North station, is making way for NOR.Bruxsels – short for Networked Offices and Residential.
Covering a total area of nearly 16 hectares spread over several buildings, it offers a balance between office and residential space, as well as shops and public facilities. NOR.Bruxsels is rethinking the dynamics of this strategic neighbourhood by reconnecting urban functions, creating a welcoming environment for residents, workers and visitors.
This strategic location lends itself naturally to sustainable mobility solutions. It benefits from direct access to the railway and underground stations and will have its own bus station and more than 1,500 bicycle parking spaces.
NOR.Bruxsels will be entirely renewable. Circularity is also a priority: the project will reuse materials as much as possible. It is a catalyst for urban transformation that embodies the future of responsible development.
