Les Berges de l’Argentine reveals the potential of a former industrial site by creating a multifaceted model neighbourhood. It combines energy efficiency, biodiversity preservation and quality of life.

Between the commercial ground floor and the residential units at the rear, in a peaceful environment, it offers a residential development that respects and benefits from the surrounding nature. This approach preserves the site’s Natura 2000 area while creating new urban connections.

In the first phase, we transformed a historic roadside building into co-working spaces, offices and apartments. The second phase will consist of redeveloping the industrial wasteland, transforming it into a quiet, green neighbourhood with housing and local shops integrated into a large park.
