The historic Fort Zbarż is being transformed into the vibrant heart of a dynamic 14-hectare district on the edge of central Warsaw. Surrounding the preserved fortress buildings, a green neighbourhood is taking shape, offering residential units, retail and service spaces, and a school.

The existing moat, mature trees, and landscaped park areas will create a welcoming, family-friendly environment that fosters a strong sense of community. Sustainable mobility plays a key role, supported by efficient rail and bus connections, as well as an urban layout designed for cyclists.

Fort 7 will become a truly unique destination where history meets the future, and where living, working, and leisure come together seamlessly.
