City Dox - Lot 6

As part of the continuation of Atenor’s City Dox development in Anderlecht, lot 6 embodies the mixed-use and inclusive nature of the project: creating a true urban ecosystem where living, working and shopping come together naturally.

Lot 6 offers 122 apartments alongside 2,300 m² of space dedicated to businesses, including shops and manufacturing activities. This complementarity between residential and economic activities contributes to the vibrancy of the neighbourhood and strengthens the local community that is the hallmark of City Dox. The permits obtained in September 2023 enabled the launch of its marketing.
