In the lively Cloche d’Or district, Atenor is developing Campus: four modern office buildings surrounding a green inner courtyard, with spaces dedicated to meetings, culture and well-being. 

With a focus on sustainability, the site consumes up to 70% less energy than conventional buildings. It also offers smart mobility solutions: extensive cycling infrastructure, electric car charging stations and easy access to public transport.

Campus aims to be closely linked to the city. Local residents also benefit from the public event space, which serves as a cultural and social meeting place.

The project has been fully pre-let to PwC. From 2027, it will accommodate 2,300 employees in an innovative and sustainable working environment.
