The One
Liv De Molens
An initial entry in the property market in Flanders. In 2019, in partnership with 3D Real Estate, Atenor launched the development of a mixed (residential, retail and amenities) project of 35,000 m² in the heart of Deinze, on the site of the former 'Dossche' mills.
On 27 June 2023, Atenor sold its participation in the project to 3D Real Estate.
Covering an area of 2.14 ha, the site enjoys a privileged location along the river Lys, in the city centre, near the train station and the shopping street Tolpoort. Thanks to this excellent accessibility by public transport and road arteries, the site boasts all the winning assets for quality urban development.
Scandinavian architecture is invited to Deinze: harmony and pure lines, priority to water and light, green spaces,... Norwegian architect Reiulf Ramstad has brought together all the elements that will make the site a district where the 'hygge' art of living will naturally impose itself.
The phased conversion of this site provides for a mixed complex where residential units, services, recreational areas and green spaces will coexist while preserving the historic character of the site.
The construction of the first phase is underway, with 3 new buildings (106 apartments and underground car parks) planned.
Planning permission for the development of the second phase (141 apartments) was obtained in October 2022. Construction will start after the demolition of the old warehouses and after the remediation works.
The third phase involves the renovation of existing buildings. The permit application for these conservation and modification works is expected to be submitted in the second quarter of 2023

Latest news - July 2021 - BUZZ has obtained the certification SECOCOMFORT - score A and the performance certificate CPE level A-B.
Buzz is developed through a partnership between ATENOR and FIDENTIA Belux Investments.
Am Wehrhahn
Additionally, 1,350 m2 are designated for retail space, with a long-term lease agreement secured with REWE.
The project is situated in one of the most important arteries of the city centre, Am Wehrhahn 43, right next to the metro and a few steps away from the famous shopping street Königsallee.

Sustainability and wellbeing : the project is certified BREEAM 'Excellent' at design stage and also aims at obtaining the Access4You label.
Hermes Business Campus

Dacia One is ideally situated at the intersection of two main arteries, Dacia Boulevard and Calea Victoriei. This ever so prized commercial avenue links in particular the seat of the Romanian government to parliament. The exceptional location of the site is an undeniable major winning asset in a very active rental market.

In December 2018, ATENOR finalized the sale of all the shares of NAOS to two institutional investors: Ethias and Foyer Assurances. The offices host the parent company of a group of computer firms, Arηs, and the consulting, auditing, accounting and tax advisory firm A3T.
