WellBe
In the centre of the Park of Nations in Lisbon the project envisages the development of approximately 27,635 m² of offices, 1,240 m² of shops and private and public parking spaces. Ideally located in the heart of this new urban area, the site enjoys a direct access to public transport and more particularly to the metro and the railway station linking Lisbon to Porto.
Designed by Saraiva Associados and A2M, WellBe sets a new standard for workspace excellence surpassing NZEB (Net Zero Energy Building) standards. Aiming for WELL Platinum, the project will exemplify excellence through alignment with the EU Taxonomy, incorporating certifications such as BREEAM Excellent, ADENE A, and WiredScore Gold.
On 12 February 2024, Atenor and BESIX RED announced the sale of the WellBe project to Portugal's largest bank Caixa Geral de Depósitos (CGD). WellBe will serve as CGD's new headquarters.
Sustainability and well-being ; WELLBE is the first project in Portugal to be pre-certified by the IWBI (International WELL Building Institute). In the long term, the project should obtain the BREEAM “Excellent”, WELL “Platinum” and Passive House certifications.
