An office complex in the heart of a magnificent park. Back in 1997, ATENOR developed a prestige Business Park in the exceptional site of the Nysdam Estate in La Hulpe and opted to get established there. Just 15 km from Brussels, the park offers companies a relaxing and invigorating green setting at the edge of a nature reserve.

Decidedly committed to making the site more attractive and supporting entrepreneurship and innovation, ATENOR assumed the task of allocating 2,500 m² offices to BUZZY NEST, a business incubator. The ground floor was thus completely revamped into vast co-working area.
The arrival of BUZZY NEST helped give new impetus to the site by enabling young entrepreneurs to come and developed their business, but also by giving them an opportunity to interact and to expand their networks.
Activities and services
BUZZY NEST also deployed an entire array of activities for the occupants of Nysdam: yoga, pilates, food-truck, tastings, conferences, afterworks…
Moreover, to continue to attract innovative companies and to make the life of employees easier, new services are offered: janitorial service, fitness room, organic basket deliveries, carwash, laundry service, electric terminals and secure bicycle spaces.
Behind the novelty effect, there is a complete change in the organization of work and the space that we wanted for our emblematic building.
