Lakeside presents a 23,885 sq.m. office building nestled in the heart of Warsaw's Mokotow district. The arrival of Lakeside infuses new energy into Mokotow, traditionally seen as a unifunctional university area, transforming it into a more diverse and vibrant locale.

Lakeside also provides a wide range of amenities, including a cafeteria, coffee corner, bicycle facilities, and electric vehicle charging stations. However, what truly sets the project apart is its surroundings: facing the lake, surrounded by greenery, and teeming with biodiversity.

As of now, Lakeside is 93% leased.

Right next to Lakeside I, Lakeside II is a project that completely reimagines an existing building, transforming it into a modern and highly eco-friendly space. With 19,000 sq.m. of offices surrounded by greenery and expansive terraces, Lakeside II promises an exceptional working environment.

The design phase for a thorough renovation of the existing building is currently underway, with circularity at the heart of the project. The goal is to create a modern structure that will stand out in the market in terms of energy efficiency and new technologies.

Fort 7 will witness the development of a new mixed-use neighborhood spanning over 140,000 sq.m. on a 14-hectare site. Approximately 5.5 hectares of the site will be dedicated to the restored buildings of the former fort, complete with moats, featuring a hotel, office buildings, residential units, shops, a school, and green spaces.

Situated near Chopin Airport in Warsaw, Fort 7 enjoys excellent accessibility. Public transportation is within walking distance, and the site is also connected to the city's main roadways.

Prioritizing sustainable mobility, Fort 7 encourages low-emission transportation by incorporating charging stations for electric vehicles. Soft mobility is promoted by providing numerous bike parking spaces, including showers, changing rooms, and lockers for employees arriving by bicycle. Following the agreement with Ennismore to host Tribe, a sustainable hotel development concept, within Fort 7, the permit the permit for this part will be submitted in 2025. Tribe will undoubtedly be a unique asset to the living and working experience at Fort 7.

The building permit for the office phase was obtained in November 2023. Construction will commence in 2025.
