A new residential project in the hear of the Central Innovation District in The Hague
Ideally located in the heart of the Central Innovation District in The Hague, at the crossroads between Verheeskade and Lulof streets in The Hague, the project includes the new construction of approximately 55,000 m2 of residential area (581 students flats and 471 apartments) with commercial units on the ground floor.

This entire redevelopment fits into the context of The Hague municipality's structural vision for the Central Innovation District which should be transformed into an accessible, dynamic, mix, sustainable, friendly and inclusive area.

The planning application was submitted at the end of December 2023 - planning permission is expected in Q2 2024.

Sustainability and well-being : The project will be aligned to the EU Taxonomy criteria.

Located next to Verheeskade I, Verheeskade II is taking shape with almost 1,800 m² of residential units and 10,000 m² retail and a large garden on rooftop. A radical transformation is planned, involving the demolition of obsolete warehouses to make way for a new generation of flats.
The municipality of The Hague is delighted that it is finally possible to develop the entire scheme along the Verheeskade in line with its vision for the revitalisation of the Central Innovation District.
Planning permission was submitted at the end of 2023 and is expected to be granted in the 2nd quarter of 2024.
