In the heart of Belval, just 5 minutes from the station, Twist is laid out in the form of an island, with a base of shops and offices on which a 9-storey residential building is built on one side and a 5-storey office building on the other.
Developed in cooperation with the firm of Steinmetzdemeyer Architectes Urbanistes, TWIST stands out for its town planning and architectural qualities and originality. It will be laid out in the form of a block with a base of retail outlets on which a mixed, 9-storey office and residential building will be erected. A garden will be landscaped on the roof of the residential building.
A real commercial success: 100% of the flats have been sold.
All the offices are leased to the Luxembourg Ministry of Finance, which has an option to buy, for the Statec. The option exercise date is 31 August 2024.


Sustainability and well-being : . TWIST aims to obtain the BREEAM “Excellent” and WELL “Platinum” certifications and will be EU Taxonomy aligned.

The Kyklos project will be the last building to shape the Central Square District around the Place des Bassins. Organised around a circular core, with bold curvilinear geometry and large glass façades, the project will offer a working and living environment over 8 floors that meets the highest standards. This real estate project provides for more than 7,600 sq.m. of offices as well as commercial spaces at the foot of the building. A 10-year lease agreement has already been signed with Arηs Group for the occupancy of all the offices.

The building permit application will be submitted in June 2024
