10 New Bridge Street



First project for Atenor in London and permit obtained in 2023 for the sustainable in-depth retrofit of this office project.
Named from its ideal location, 10 New Bridge Street will propose an 8-storey building of working spaces designed and thought for the occupants' comfort and well-being.
Designed by the international architects office HOK, Fleet House will be a prime model of renovation. the project will see more than two thirds of the existing structure retained, thereby ensuring the retention of the existing embodied carbon and reducing its environment impact.
The occupants will benefit from cycling parking, high-quality end-of-trip facilities and four external terraces – most with spectacular views of St Paul’s Cathedral. A range of new public amenities will also be created including a new pedestrian priority route connecting Bride Lane and Bridewell Place, an art wall, a juice bar/café, double-height office lobby with green wall and plentiful natural light and a re-provided public house at ground-floor and part-basement level.
Sustainability and well-being : 10NBS aims at obtaining BREEAM “Outstanding”- and WELL “Platinum” certifications.
