Beaulieu
Redevelopment of 3 obsolete office buildings
The Beaulieu Project in Brussels breathes new life into three former office buildings, transforming the space into a mixed-use complex with a strong residential component. It offers a variety of housing to meet the diverse needs of residents, with functionally independent offices, shops, and facilities.
Central to the project is the conservation of existing structures, each block will be built or renovated in phases, ensuring coherence and flexibility. The project harmonizes with the development of the future urban boulevard in place of the Herrmann Debroux viaduct.
