Fort 7
Fort 7 will witness the development of a new mixed-use neighborhood spanning over 140,000 m² on a 14-hectare site. Approximately 5.5 hectares of the site will be dedicated to the restored buildings of the former fort, complete with moats, featuring a hotel, office buildings, residential units, shops, a school, and green spaces.
Situated near Chopin Airport in Warsaw, Fort 7 enjoys excellent accessibility. Public transportation is within walking distance, and the site is also connected to the city's main roadways.
Prioritizing sustainable mobility, Fort 7 encourages low-emission transportation by incorporating charging stations for electric vehicles. Soft mobility is promoted by providing numerous bike parking spaces, including showers, changing rooms, and lockers for employees arriving by bicycle. Residents will enjoy green terraces and outdoor spaces, strengthening the connection with nature directly from their living spaces. Emphasizing biodiversity preservation, 30% of the project area is dedicated to lush vegetation.
Following the agreement with Ennismore to host Tribe, a sustainable hotel development concept, within FORT 7, the permit the permit for this part will be submitted in the first half of 2024. Tribe will undoubtedly be a unique asset to the living and working experience at Fort 7.
The building permit for the office phase was obtained in November 2023. Construction will commence in 2024.
